Billy Carewe (played by Andy Holt) and Violet Imbrey (Cathy Rackstraw) think they can, but seem to struggle when curtain goes up and face the wrath of the experienced Polly Benish (played by Janet Holmes). Can they remember their entrances? The novice schoolgirl actress Marla Smith (played by Tina Addington) seems unable to remember which line to enter the stage on causing friction between her, Saul Watson (Mike Jones) and the distinguished character actor Henry Benish (Steve Shipton). As the stage manager (Alison Turner) and sound effects technician (Brian Binns) struggle in the wings to keep the show moving more chaos is brought to the group as the shows playwright Phyliss Montague (played by Melanie Carson) arrives with additional scenes for the group to learn with only three days to go, will they manage to pull it of ahead of the opening night?
